We present recent results of our research on Human Factors analytics using wearable biosignals and provide an outlook on optimisation methodology in the FAIRWork project. Our starting point is the principles of Industry 5.0 and its human-centric technologies. We describe then our framework of computing resilience from long-term physiological and cognitive-emotional strain. We present then first explorative experiments at the Human Factors Lab and demonstrate the visualisation and real-time monitoring of wearable-based raw and processed data. Finally, we give an outlook on promising optimisation methodology for future research.

Agenda

Introduction about Industry 5.0

Use Cases for the application of Human Factors Sensor based Digital Analytics

Acceptance of the use of wearables in production

A model for resilience risk stratification
