The webinar introduces FAIRWork’s Digital Human Factors approach to enhancing worker wellbeing and performance in production environments. It showcases how wearable biosignals enable real-time stress and resilience monitoring directly on the shop floor. Through multimodal data collection and ethical data handling, individualized feedback supports self-regulation and recovery, while aggregated insights inform adaptive work design. The integration of physiological data into human digital twins and AI-based decision support systems is considered to enable fair, human-centered optimization in complex production settings. The findings highlight the transformative role of biosignal-based systems in fostering healthier, more resilient, and more sustainable workplaces—empowering workers without compromising privacy or trust.
