Introducing AI in an organisations decision making processes is a challenging task, as no AI algorithm fits every problem. Therefore, not only possible AI algorithms must be known, but the core of the problem must be thoroughly understood to find the right one. Further, implementing an AI-based decision service alone does not enough, as the users and affected people must trust the outcome of the service. Otherwise, it will not be used to its full extend.

In this webinar we introduce how FAIRWork tackled this problem by using diagrammatic conceptual modelling. On one hand they are used in our design approach, supporting the understanding of concrete decision scenarios and facilitating the configuration of decision services. On the other hand, they are used to support the explanation of the decision process and its outcome.
